Once iTunes is open, go to 'Subscribe to Podcast...' under 'Advanced' in the menu bar and paste the link into the text field and hit ok.
Click on 'Podcasts' in the Source window of the main iTunes window and you should now see a new entry in the main field titled 'Glasscast'. When you turn the arrow down you'll find an audio and video version of the podcast "5 Ways to Create a Better Video." If it doesn't start downloading automatically, hit the 'Update' icon in the top right corner of the window. After the download is finished you'll be able to listen to or watch the selected podcast.
When a new episode becomes available, iTunes will automatically download it. On completion you can listen to the mp3 or watch the video on your computer or transfer it to your portable player to listen to later. The software will automatically download any subsequent episodes as soon as they are available.
